Day 3: 10:00–11:00 AM ET · Live & Free
You already know how to perform, lead, and make things happen. That’s not what needs to change.
"I don't know how much longer I can keep doing this."
"If I stop, everything falls apart."
"People count on me. I can't let them down."
"I'm drowning and everyone thinks I'm swimming."
"I can't remember the last time I had fun. Actual, real fun."
Why This Matters
Saying yes out of obligation
Carrying the load because you can
Shutting down or numbing when the day ends
Avoiding conversations that drain you
Doing it yourself to keep things moving
Knowing what you actually have capacity for
Setting limits before exhaustion hits
Engaging without burning through reserves
Staying present with people who matter
Connecting without paying for it with the last of your energy

Protect their energy
Stay engaged under pressure
Set limits without guilt or conflict
Rebuild capacity for connection
Create sustainable presence in their lives

No, participation is optional and self-paced. You can watch, apply, and reflect privately if you prefer. There is no forced vulnerability and no breakout rooms.
No. This is not therapy and it is not a replacement for therapy. It’s a structured, skills-based workshop designed to increase capacity, set limits, and stay present without burnout or shutdown.
It would be lovely to see you, but I understand that it might take a moment to get comfortable in the room. It's not mandatory to turn your camera on until you're ready.
Replays will be available. If you’re traveling, working late, or just low on bandwidth, you can watch on your own time. (VIP gets extended access.)
The workshop runs 60–90 minutes each day. There is no homework, no long worksheets, and nothing to “keep up” with. If you miss a day, you can watch the replay or skip to the next session.
No. There are no breakout rooms. You choose your level of participation. Many people attend quietly and reflect privately.
Both. The workshop is designed for high-functioning adults who want to increase capacity in work, connection, and life. The language is direct, respectful, and non-therapized.
High-functioning adults who can handle a lot, perform well under pressure, and are running out of bandwidth for life outside of work. If rest feels impossible, relationships feel like work, or weekends feel like recovery, this is for you.
If you’re currently in acute crisis, looking for deep therapeutic processing, or need 1:1 clinical support, this workshop won’t be the right fit. We focus on capacity, not crisis.
A clear understanding of where your capacity gets drained, how to set limits without conflict or collapse, and how to stay present without shutting down. You’ll leave with a simple framework you can apply immediately.
