You already know how to perform, lead, and make things happen. That’s not what needs to change.

What needs to change is how much it costs you and how long it takes to recover.

Capability isn't the issue. Capacity is. This looks like:

Having energy after the workday ends

Saying no without spiraling or second-guessing

Delegating without overthinking

Staying present with people who matter

Resting without feeling like you're falling behind

Capacity lets you stay effective without running yourself into the ground.

This was built for you so you can stop having these thoughts:

  • "I don't know how much longer I can keep doing this."

  • "If I stop, everything falls apart."

  • "People count on me. I can't let them down."

  • "I'm drowning and everyone thinks I'm swimming."

  • "I can't remember the last time I had fun. Actual, real fun."

If you’ve been running like this for a long time, you don’t need motivation. You need capacity.

That’s what this 3-day CHALLENGE is about.

Why This Matters

What Isn’t Working:

  • Saying yes out of obligation

  • Carrying the load because you can

  • Shutting down or numbing when the day ends

  • Avoiding conversations that drain you

  • Doing it yourself to keep things moving

What Works Better:

  • Knowing what you actually have capacity for

  • Setting limits before exhaustion hits

  • Engaging without burning through reserves

  • Staying present with people who matter

  • Connecting without paying for it with the last of your energy

THE CAPACITY RESET

A focused 3-day challenge to help you continue operating at a high level without relying on constant push, pressure, or recovery cycles. When capacity increases, work becomes smoother, and life becomes possible.

What you'll experience over 3 days:

Day 1

Where Capacity Gets Spent (and Why)

Theme: See exactly where you drain your energy and what it's costing you

You Will:

  • Identify the moments where you sacrifice your energy to maintain peace, speed, or control.

  • See the hidden contracts that make you carry more than your share

  • Learn how identity, pressure, and belonging drive over-performing

  • Understand why high-achievers suppress needs without noticing

Live Take Away: A map of your “automatic yes” behavior

Day 2

Setting Limits Without GUILT

Theme: Limits as protection, not conflict

You Will:

  • Understand why saying no feels dangerous or irresponsible for high-achievers

  • Learn how feeling guilt signals expansion (not wrongdoing)

  • Build a boundary framework that doesn’t require conflict or over-explaining

  • Get tools to regulate before, during, and after limit-setting

Live Take Away: The Interactive Boundary Mini-App to use at work and in your personal life.

Day 3

Reshape your approach to capacity and connection

Theme: Choosing yourself without going into autopilot, overfunctioning, or shutting down

You Will:

  • Learn how to reinforce identity and authenticity in real conversations

  • Get tools to interrupt the pressure to “push through” when your system’s at capacity

  • See how to create safety internally instead of outsourcing it

  • Learn a grounded, repeatable way to stay connected to yourself while showing up for others

Live Take Away: 7 Self-Authorship Practices Mini-App to anchor the change in real time after the workshop.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to share personal things?

No, participation is optional and self-paced. You can watch, apply, and reflect privately if you prefer. There is no forced vulnerability and no breakout rooms.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy and it is not a replacement for therapy. It’s a structured, skills-based workshop designed to increase capacity, set limits, and stay present without burnout or shutdown.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

It would be lovely to see you, but I understand that it might take a moment to get comfortable in the room. It's not mandatory to turn your camera on until you're ready.

What if I can’t attend live?

Replays will be available. If you’re traveling, working late, or just low on bandwidth, you can watch on your own time. (VIP gets extended access.)

How much time will this take?

The workshop runs 60–90 minutes each day. There is no homework, no long worksheets, and nothing to “keep up” with. If you miss a day, you can watch the replay or skip to the next session.

Will there be breakout rooms or group sharing?

No. There are no breakout rooms. You choose your level of participation. Many people attend quietly and reflect privately.

Is this for men or women?

Both. The workshop is designed for high-functioning adults who want to increase capacity in work, connection, and life. The language is direct, respectful, and non-therapized.

Who is this for?

High-functioning adults who can handle a lot, perform well under pressure, and are running out of bandwidth for life outside of work. If rest feels impossible, relationships feel like work, or weekends feel like recovery, this is for you.

Who is this not for?

If you’re currently in acute crisis, looking for deep therapeutic processing, or need 1:1 clinical support, this workshop won’t be the right fit. We focus on capacity, not crisis.

What will I walk away with?

A clear understanding of where your capacity gets drained, how to set limits without conflict or collapse, and how to stay present without shutting down. You’ll leave with a simple framework you can apply immediately.

You don't have to keep doing it like this.

If you’ve been thinking, "I need help but I don't know what kind or where to start," this is your next step.

3 Days.
More Capacity.
Less Recovery.
